Happy Thanksgiving
Thanks again to everyone who came out to the park to get Fit For Fall last weekend. All the newcomers – Andrew, Kuntala, Patrick and Simone – worked extremely hard and did not seem like they were too new to our Anti-Boot Camp at ALL!! Looks like Danny will just have to push us even harder next time…There’s no class this Saturday due to the holiday, but I hope you can all make it on December 5th for a fabulous post-Turkey Day workout that will be sure to whip us all back into shape!! Until then, enjoy the holdiday and your time off. We look forward to seeing you soon!
No Class on 11/14 Due to Inclement Weather!
Hi Guys,
Unfortunately, I had to call off this weekend’s class due to the rainy weather. We’ll get back to work next Saturday at 10 am. It’ll be our last workout before Thanksgiving, so be prepared to work extra hard! I’ll see you all then.

Central Park Anti-BootCamp: What a Class!
This past Saturday was fantastic! It was Halloween, the park was full of action with teams training for the NYC Marathon, and the Anti-Boot Camp was in full swing. We had a great turnout this week with Mary Beth, Erin and Kris making their first appearance at the class. They looked like pros right off the bat and conquered Danny’s workout with the rest of the group. In case you missed it, below are some shots of the group in action. We are gearing up for next week’s class, so meet us at Bethesda Fountain next Saturday at 10 am and get ready for a great workout!
