FocusNYC’s Fit For Summer Workout Series In Central Park Was AWESOME. We Cant Wait To See You On September 12th..when It’s “Fit For Fall” Time!

The last class of the summer  had an amazing crew and the instructor Danny had a blast! You’ll notice that this class drew some pretty serious looking athletes and everybody played hard, had a GREAT time and definitely broke a sweat.   We couldn’t of had a better class to end the summer with.  Great job everybody!!

Fall classes are filling up, so be sure to register for September’ s class by clicking the link above to secure your spot. Space is limited folks, because we want to make sure that everyone in attendance gets Danny’ s undivided attention (insert ominous chuckle here).  
 
We even had a visit from the Eloise “the Fabulous” Fitness Dog who said the workout kicked her butt!  Here she is after putting in some hard work:

The Best Central Park NYC Boot Camp Ever!

The weather this Saturday is supp_MG_9369osed to GREAT!!! That said, Danny can’t wait for this week’s Fit For Summer outdoor workout. He’s been talking about it all week and fully intends to pull out all the stops and  bring some of his favorite Torture Devices Training Tools like low hurdles, agililty ladders, cones, bands, tubing, minibands, etc. Its going to be an awesome workout and something you wont forget!

And if this is your first time, don’t worry. We always make sure that everyone is comfortable with each exercise and is able to go at their own pace. Remember, the name of the game is having fun, so we will always go out of our way to make sure you feel comfortable (but remember, comfortable and sweating are two different things).

We are also going to be having Michael George, our “staff” photographer on site as well, so dont stay out too late Friday night:)  I’m just kidding of course- but we will be taking pictures again.  Michael is a very talented photographer and always gets great shots…plus the camera always seems to motivate everyone to work just a little bit harder.
