The Best Group Workout In Central Park?
We know workouts on your own can be boring. Either you do the same things over and over again, or you just don’t have the motivation to push yourself through the workout. We understand these barriers you hit when trying to get on a consistent exercise program.
Thats why our Central Park classes are such a powerful experience. We use all kinds of cool toys-from agility ladders and JC bands to cones, mini bands and bodyweight. There isnt anyone else in the Central Park using our approach-and the results are awesome! Simply put, FocusNYC’s Fit For Summer group workout is the best outdoor exercise class being offered in Central Park. Period.
So though we will not be meeting this Saturday becuase of the July 4th holiday, we plan to hit it hard the following week, Saturday July 11th at 10 AM. If you’ve ever considered training outdoors and you live in or around NYC, you have to check out what wer’e doing.
You see, our classes are structured in such a way to make exercise fun, safe and rewarding. The group is made up of both men and women who are looking to work together towards similar goals and have the support and inspiration of the group behind them.
Plus Danny Matos is the best the instructor there is.
