FocusNYC’s Central Park Workout Class Is Starting Earlier!

Please note that class will now be starting at 9:30 AM on Saturdays.

Saturday was a GREAT class. The weather was perfect and the drills were intense. Danny pulled out all the stops and really started everybody’s weekend off with a bang. We had a few new people join us, so I want to say “Welcome!” to all of you. Everyone worked hard and had a lot of fun, which is what Fit For Summer is all about.
