Kick Start Your Summer in Central Park
Hello Everyone!
We are looking forward to seeing all of you this Summer for the Focus “Fit For Summer” Outdoor Workout Series.Participants should prepare for a challenging, yet enjoyable 60-minute total body workout guaranteed to benefit both body and mind. The classes will be led by one of our top trainers, Daniel Matos. Please read the following information for details on location and signup.
Focus Fit For Summer Outdoor Workout Series
- Time: 10 am
- Length: 60 minutes
- Location: Meet at Bethesda Fountain in Central Park at bottom of stairs (Enter at 72nd street, 5th ave or CPW)
- Cost: Your first class is FREE! There is a $5.00 RSVP fee for all classes. When you attend again after your initial free class, the cost will be $20 per class plus the $5.00 RSVP fee ($25 total). The RSVP fee helps to ensure only people that are serious about getting in to great shape attend.
